Domusa Group pursues a buy-and-build strategy with the acquisition of Technic Aviation, a MRO specialist
November 2023 — Domusa Group has acquired Technic Aviation. Six months after the acquisition of Equip'Aéro, Domusa Group has pursued its build up strategy by acquiring Technic Aviation. After a competitive sale process, Olivier Marche, CEO and shareholder of Technic Aviation for the last 12 years, selected Domusa Group. The deal is financed by a new equity raising from Galiena Capital and Irdi Impulsion, combined with acquisition debt provided by three banks.
Domusa Group is a recognized expert in both the design/manufacture (OEM) and maintenance (MRO) of electronic and mechanical equipment for the civil and military markets. The company provides global support for embedded equipment to leading aerospace and defense prime contractors in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
MRO specialist in wheels, brakes, propellers and controllers, Technic Aviation has 40 years of experience in all aerospace ans defense market segments, two maintenance and surface treatment sites and almost 70,000 equipment overhauled. The company is widely recognized in France and Europe for its unique expertise and as an officially approved repair station for the major manufacturers.
