RAM Infotechnology has acquired Interoperability Group with support from Keensight Capital

RAM Infotechnology (RAM-IT) has acquired Interoperability Group, a leading Dutch provider of healthcare IT solutions, with the support of Keensight Capital, a leading European growth buy-out investor specializing in technology and healthcare.

The acquisition of Interoperability Group further strengthens RAM-IT’s position in the healthcare IT sector and reinforces its commitment to driving digital transformation. With a shared healthcare-focused DNA, Interoperability Group brings in-depth expertise in data interoperability and a strong reputation across the Dutch healthcare system, making it a highly complementary addition to the RAM-IT Group.

RAM-IT is a premium cloud service partner dedicated to the healthcare sector. The company delivers private and public cloud solutions that are fully customized to meet the specific requirements of healthcare organizations. Its services support the hosting and management of applications, mobile workstations and networks. RAM-IT primarily serves medium to large healthcare institutions in the Netherlands, offering secure, compliant and scalable infrastructure designed to support mission-critical healthcare operations.

Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Utrecht, Interoperability Group comprises three brands: MedicalPHIT, Interoplab and Lodamind. The group serves over 200 public and private healthcare organizations across the Netherlands, providing strategic IT advisory, AI expertise and consulting to enhance data flows and operational efficiency within healthcare organizations. Its proprietary software enables healthcare providers to test and validate the interoperability of healthcare data systems. In addition, its visual design and communication services enable more efficient engagement with patients, professionals and stakeholders. The company employs more than 70 professionals and has built a strong reputation for domain expertise and innovation.
