October 2025 — OmniMax International has acquired Nu-Ray Metal Products, Inc., a regional leader in high-performance roofing accessories and metal panel fabrication. This acquisition strengthens OmniMax’s presence on the West Coast and enhances its comprehensive product portfolio and manufacturing capabilities.

With 16 strategically located manufacturing facilities across the USA and Canada, the company maintains a strong footprint that ensures reliable support for its customers.
