October 2025 — Medicija has acquired Balsių Šeimos Medicinos Centras, a primary healthcare services provider based in Vilnius, Lithuania. The acquisition strengthens Medicija’s position in the Vilnius region and supports greater vertical integration between primary healthcare and specialist medical services. It supports the company’s strategy to build a leading full-service healthcare group with a strong presence across Lithuania’s major cities.
Medicija is a private healthcare services provider focused on fertility, specialist and primary healthcare services, with operations in Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda.
Balsių Šeimos Medicinos Centras is a private family medical clinic that provides primary healthcare and specialist medical services for adults and children. With 4,000 prescribed patients, the healthcare provider is a strong regional player in Vilnius.
