Medicija has acquired Kretingos Šeimos Medicinos Centras

January 2026 — Medicija has acquired Kretingos Šeimos Medicinos Centras, a primary healthcare services provider based in Kretinga, Lithuania. The acquisition strengthens Medicija’s position in Western Lithuania and supports greater vertical integration between primary healthcare and specialist medical services. It supports the company’s strategy to build a leading full-service healthcare group with a strong presence across Lithuania’s major cities.

Medicija is a private healthcare services provider focused on fertility, specialist and primary healthcare services, with operations in Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda.

Established in 2000 by three medical doctors, Kretingos Šeimos Medicinos Centras is the largest private primary healthcare provider in the city of Kretinga, employing nearly 30 people and serving approximately 9,000 registered patients.

Our role in the transaction
