July 2026 — Niceboy has been acquired by Anacot Capital, marking the next stage in the company’s development.
Headquartered in Prague, Niceboy is a Czech-based manufacturer of consumer electronics and home appliances, with a particular focus on the personal audio segment. Its product portfolio comprises personal audio and wearable devices, cameras, gaming and PC accessories, smart home appliances and body and kitchen appliances. The company is a well-recognized brand in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland, with an established presence in Hungary, Germany, Croatia, Slovenia, Turkey, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Niceboy continues to strengthen its position in its existing markets while pursuing expansion into new geographies.
Anacot Capital is a Czech investment and industrial group based in Ostrava. The firm focuses on the acquisition and long-term development of export-oriented manufacturing, industrial and retail companies.

Oaklins’ team in the Czech Republic acted as the sell-side financial advisor to the private shareholders of Niceboy in its sale to Anacot Capital.
