September 2015 — Agora Industries has sold Societe Nouvelle Lafourcade (SNL) to Gresset et associés SAS for an undisclosed consideration.
SNL is a tier 2 supplier for the aeronautic industry. The firm is specialized in the treatment, the electro-erosion and the assembly of complex parts, special tools, technical molds and specific sets of high-tech for the space and aeronautic industries.
Gresset et associés SAS is a firm specialized in high-precision treatments and the assembly of complex parts and kits for hydraulic systems. The company has supplied the aeronautic industry since the 1980’s.
Agora Industries’ core business is the spatial industry. Throughout the years the group has diversified its activities, services and client portfolio to deal with important actors of the spatial industry and intervene on the defense, nuclear and energy industries.
