EMZ Partners and Siparex have acquired Batibig
EMZ Partners have acquired Batibig alongside the existing shareholders, Siparex Group.
EMZ Partners is a specialist fund investing alongside founders, family shareholders and managers willing to acquire or consolidate the control of their capital.
Founded in 2005 by Charles and Justin Bignon, joined by a dozen partners and supported since 2020 by Siparex ETI, Batibig is a major player in multi-specialist maintenance and building renovation, specializing in plumbing, roofing, waterproofing, heating and restoration. Batibig carries out more than 100,000 interventions per year, mainly for a clientele of co-ownership syndicates.
Siparex Group is an independent French private equity specialist with US$3 billion capital under management. The group focuses on the development of companies and their transformation.
Oaklins’ team in France advised Batibig and organized its secondary LBO, after completion of a set of acquisitions, including that of Helios 360. The existing shareholders, Siparex Group, has reinvested in the company alongside EMZ Partners.
