Talley Inc., a leading distributor of wireless communications infrastructure and mobile products, has been acquired by Rexel USA Inc., the North American subsidiary of Rexel, a worldwide expert in the distribution of electrical products and services.
Talley Inc., headquartered in Santa Fe Springs, CA, is a value-added distributor of wireless infrastructure products to carriers, contractors and public safety organizations. With 11 facilities nationwide, the company distributes a complete suite of products, including cable and wire, connectors, structural support, fiber optics, and other wireless communications components and equipment. With a focus on ease of ordering, service excellence and product availability, the firm serves blue-chip customers across the wireless ecosystem, showcasing an extensive inventory sourced from the industry’s top suppliers.
Rexel USA Inc. is the North American subsidiary of Rexel, a worldwide expert in the distribution of electrical products and services. Founded in 1967 in France, Rexel is a leader in the multichannel distribution of innovative electrical supplies and equipment, EV charging infrastructure, PV solar solutions and industrial automation equipment. The company has a strong global presence, employs 26,000 people, and operates nearly 1,900 branches and 59 distribution centers across 21 countries. The firm’s core customer base consists of installers of every size, industrial and commercial businesses as well as residential property owners.
