January 2025 — Spray Equipment and Coatings Inc. (SprayEZ) has been acquired by Roebling Capital Partners. This strategic investment will position SprayEZ for nationwide expansion, enabling the company to enhance service and customer engagement while leveraging cutting-edge technology and operational expertise to streamline growth.
SprayEZ is a manufacturer, assembler and distributor of spray foam insulation rigs and supplies. The company operates from two facilities located in Yulee, Florida, and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, with a combined space of 37,000 square feet. Its product range includes spray foam insulation machines, spray foam chemicals, spray foam insulation guns, transfer pumps, air dryers, hoses, whips, polyurea, generators and air compressors — all manufactured, assembled and distributed by the company. In addition, SprayEZ offers training classes, replacement part installations and equipment repairs.
