OmniMax International has acquired Nu-Ray Metal Products

October 2025 — OmniMax International has acquired Nu-Ray Metal Products, Inc., a regional leader in high-performance roofing accessories and metal panel fabrication. This acquisition strengthens OmniMax’s presence on the West Coast and enhances its comprehensive product portfolio and manufacturing capabilities.

OmniMax is a leading national manufacturer of residential building products in the roofing accessory and rainware markets. With 16 strategically located manufacturing facilities across the USA and Canada, the company maintains a strong footprint that ensures reliable support for its customers. OmniMax has long-standing partnerships with major home improvement retailers and building product distributors, driven by a commitment to service excellence. The company delivers high-quality products through its portfolio, which includes industry-leading brands such as Amerimax, Berger, Flamco, Verde, Millennium Metals and Hancock Enterprises. OmniMax is owned by funds managed by Strategic Value Partners, LLC, a global investment firm with more than US$22 billion in assets under management.
