Nerim SAS, a telecommunications and Internet access services company, has acquired Boost, a private company providing cloud computing solutions, for US$5 million.
BOOST provides cloud computing solutions to fully or partly outsource customers' information systems.
Nerim SAS provides telecommunications and Internet access services. Its digital subscriber solutions include Nerim Light, Nerim Base, Nerim Pro and Nerim ultra. The firm offers consulting and technical support services.
