Antoine is a managing director at Oaklins Italy and leads its financial sponsors and healthcare & pharma teams. With more than 15 years’ experience in M&A and ECM, he has worked with several local and international private equity firms, such as PAI Partners, BC Partners, H.I.G. Capital, Alpha, Investindustrial, Chequers and Tikehau. Antoine has also worked with large corporates in the healthcare, consumer, energy, aerospace and transportation sectors. The largest transactions he has advised on are Enel’s takeover of Endesa, the sale of Ansaldo to Hitachi and Technogym’s IPO. More recently, he advised White Bridge Investments on the acquisition of a majority stake in C.E.I. Costruzione Emiliana Ingranaggi S.p.A. (automotive), Landoll/Nashi Argan on its sale to private equity firm Milano Capital (consumer & retail), Lisap Milano on its acquisition of Parisienne Italia (consumer & retail) and Nutkao/White Bridge Investments on the acquisition of Pistì (food & beverage).
Before joining the firm, Antoine spent more than 10 years at Mediobanca in Paris and Milan, where he ultimately led the pharma & healthcare team. He also worked in the coverage team at Société Générale CIB in New York. Antoine has a master’s in economics and finance from the Institut D’Etudes Politiques de Paris and a master’s in international affairs from George Washington University.
