Carole is a director at Oaklins France with more than 13 years’ experience in financial advisory and M&A. She has advised clients in a variety of industries, particularly in hospitality, B2B and B2C services, consumer goods and retail. Notable deals she has advised on include the sale of hotels in Europe to family-owned companies or construction groups, the sale of the energy efficiency services provider Greenflex to Total, the sale of Rochas to Interparfums and the sale of Tara Jarmon to the family office AMS Industries.

Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Carole worked as an investment and asset manager at Louvre Hotels Group for five years, where she managed a portfolio of approximately 300 hotels and implemented a strategic plan that included acquisitions, disposals, renovation programs and lease renegotiations. Before that, Carole worked in various French M&A advisory firms specialized in mid-cap transactions, including Alantra, Vulcain, Ohana & Co and Crédit Agricole Midcap Advisors. Carole has a finance degree (MSC 225) from Paris Dauphine University.
