Associate

Antoine is an associate at Oaklins France. As a member of its buy-and-build practice, he exclusively supports clients in external growth operations, assisting them throughout the entire build-up strategy process, from the definition of acquisition strategies to the execution of transactions. He has actively advised groups in the defense, smart cities and the broader industrial sector. 
  
Prior to joining Oaklins in 2024, Antoine worked at Wanda Corporate Finance. He also gained experience at several prominent firms, such as Rochefort & Associés and Neuflize OBC Corporate Finance. Antoine has a master’s degree in corporate finance from emlyon business school.
