Associate Partner

Reinholds is an associate partner at Oaklins Baltics in Riga. Since joining Oaklins in 2018, he has completed more than 25 deals across buy-side, sell-side, capital-raising and advisory mandates, advising corporates, entrepreneurs and private equity investors in industrial manufacturing, building materials, agriculture, e-commerce and TMT. He has strong cross-border experience, especially on the buy-side, including advising Agrova International on the acquisition of UK egg producer Sunrise Eggs; Livonia Partners and its portfolio company DIGMATIX on the group’s entry into Poland, Czechia and Romania; and Tet, Latvia’s leading technology and entertainment operator, on the acquisition of Telia Latvija from Telia Company. On the sell-side, he has advised on the sales of GroGlass to US-listed Apogee Enterprises; Superhome Center, Cyprus’ leading DIY retailer, to a private investor; and Saint-Gobain’s Estonian glass processing unit Baltiklaas to Barrus. In capital raising, he has arranged a private bond placement for Agrova International and senior debt financing for auto parts e-commerce leader Trodo.

Before joining Oaklins, Reinholds worked as a financial analyst in Latvian banking, focusing on corporate loan profitability, asset management and alternative investments. He has a BSc in Economics and Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
