Jamie is a partner at Oaklins Capnua in Ireland. He specializes in M&A advisory and funding/financing for entrepreneurs and large privately-owned businesses across a range of sectors, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences and the built environment focusing on technically controlled environments, such as data centers, microelectronic manufacturing facilities, and pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical plants. With 12 years’ experience in corporate finance, Jamie has developed specific expertise in the healthcare & pharmaceuticals sector and the built environment, particularly on the buy-side of M&A deals and large banking transactions. He advised on Uniphar PLC’s acquisitions of Sisk Healthcare, the Hickey’s Pharmacy Group, Durbin plc and BModesto, the sale of Accuscience to Diploma plc and the sale of Nualtra to Ajinomoto plc. Recently, Jamie advised on the sale of Linesight to IPS (a Berkshire Hathaway portfolio company), the sale of Ethos Engineering to Exponent Private Equity and the sale of Ardmac to Purever Industries. He has also advised on a number of large banking transactions ranging from €10 million to €250 million, including the refinancing of Uniphar PLC’s acquisition and working capital facilities.

Jamie is a member of the Chartered Accountants of Ireland, having trained at BDO in Dublin.
