Lars is a partner at Oaklins Sweden, with seven years’ experience in domestic and cross-border sell-side and buy-side M&A deals. His key areas of expertise are in consumer & retail, healthcare and TMT. Notable deals he has advised on include the sale of eBuilder Travel to MobileXpense, the sale of Flygstolen to Otravo, the sale of Flygpoolen to Uvet, the sale of Aleris’ primary care business to Lideta, the sale of Avonova’s primary care business to Unicare, Midsona’s acquisition of Urtekram, Naturex’s acquisition of Swedish Oat Fiber and the sale of VoltAir System to Volution Group.
Lars joined the firm in 2012. He started his career at Klarna, where he worked on risk analysis and the development of risk reporting systems while completing his studies. He has an MSc in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.
