Denis Sablić

Senior Associate

Denis is a senior associate at CAPER, Oaklins’ member firm in Croatia. He is responsible for transaction-related tasks, such as financial modeling and analysis, the creation of pitch books, information memoranda, management presentations and other material for existing and potential clients. Denis has been involved in a number of deals, and has transaction experience in both buy-side and sell-side advisory across a range of sectors, including IT services (TMT), HVAC, food & beverage, furniture and manufacturing.

Denis received his master’s in finance from the Harvard Extension School and a bachelor’s degree from the Zagreb School of Economics and Management. He was a peer tutor at the economics department during his undergraduate studies. He has passed the CFA level I exam.
