May 2026 — Medicija has acquired a 100% stake in Saulės Šeimos Medicinos Centras.

Medicija is a leading fertility services provider in Lithuania with a growing offering across multiple specialist consultation areas. It operates three modern clinics in Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda.

Founded 25 years ago by five family doctors, Saulės Šeimos Medicinos Centras is the largest primary healthcare provider in the Kaunas region, operating four state-of-the-art clinics in the city. The company serves approximately 28,000 registered patients and employs 170 people.

Our role in the transaction

Oaklins’ team in Lithuania acted as the financial advisor to Medicija in the acquisition. This transaction marks the team’s third engagement with Medicija, strengthening the company’s position in the Lithuanian healthcare services market and laying a solid foundation for future growth.
