Euroclad Limited has been acquired by Kingspan Plc

The private shareholders Euroclad Limited (Euroclad) have sold the company to Kingspan Plc. Financial details will remain confidential.

Euroclad is at the forefront of the metal roofing and wall cladding industry and is the leading built-up system supplier in the UK.

Oaklins Smith & Williamson, based in the UK, advised the seller in this transaction.
