April 2026 — Elixirr International plc has successfully completed an oversubscribed US$16.3 million secondary placing, comprising 1.6 million existing shares at US$10.20 per share. The transaction reflects strong institutional demand for the company’s shares.

The company helps global clients innovate, transform and scale by offering services in AI, digital strategy, operational improvement and business model innovation across sectors including retail, financial services and technology.
