Lomboser has partnered with Growth Partners Capital

June 2026 — Growth Partners Capital has acquired a minority stake in Lomboser S.A., establishing a strategic partnership to support the company’s next phase of growth and expansion across Iberia.

Lomboser is a Portuguese company based in Vagos, in the Aveiro region, specializing in turnkey industrial construction and metal structures. With operations in Portugal and France, the company delivers projects under a design-and-build model, serving as a single point of contact from design through delivery. Its integrated offering combines industrial engineering and architecture, in-house fabrication of metal structures and assembly by internal teams under a single contract.

Growth Partners Capital is an Iberian private equity investment firm focused on partnering with established businesses that have proven business models, strong management teams and clear growth ambitions. The firm is sector-agnostic and invests in companies across Portugal and Spain, supporting profitable growth through strategic guidance, operational expertise and long-term capital. Growth Partners Capital combines a disciplined investment approach with a strong commitment to sustainability and value creation, aiming to generate attractive returns while contributing to the economic development of the Iberian market.

Our role in the transaction

Oaklins’ team in Portugal acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Lomboser, providing end-to-end support throughout the transaction. The team prepared the marketing materials, identified and approached potential investors, managed the sale process, coordinated the due diligence process and supported the successful negotiation and execution of the share purchase agreement (SPA) and shareholders’ agreement (SHA).

Rent-Tech A/S, including its subsidiaries Multi-Tech A/S and Asger G. Jørgensen A/S (AGJ), has been acquired by Wicotec Kirkebjerg A/S, part of the Aarsleff Group. The transaction creates a strong platform for continued growth and development. With the acquisition of Rent-Tech, Wicotec Kirkebjerg strengthens its industrial service offering and position in West Zealand, Denmark, expanding its capabilities in electrical installations, specialized piping and metalwork services. As part of Wicotec Kirkebjerg, Rent-Tech gains access to additional resources, expertise and larger-scale project opportunities while maintaining their local presence, management teams and long-standing customer relationships. All businesses will continue to operate under their existing brands and leadership teams.
