Senior Associate

Ben is a senior associate at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. With over seven years of M&A experience, Ben has advised owner-managed businesses, private equity and large corporates on a range of buy- and sell-side transactions across the mid-market. Recent M&A transactions he has been involved in include the acquisition by NorthEdge Capital LLP of Oak Engage.

Prior to joining the firm in 2025, Ben worked in the M&A advisory team at RSM. He graduated from the University of Bath with a BSc in Mathematics and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2021.
