KnowledgePrice.com has been acquired by Sapiens International Corp
January 2018 — The shareholders of KnowledgePrice.com have sold the company to Sapiens International Corporation. Financial details have not been disclosed.
KnowledgePrice is an IT consulting and software development supplier to leading insurance companies in Europe. The firm has extensive expertise with open technologies, agile methodologies and best practices surrounding digital insurance. Based in Riga, Latvia, the company employs approximately 50 digital insurance technology experts.
Sapiens International Corporation (NASDAQ and TASE: SPNS) is a leading global provider of software solutions for the insurance industry, with a growing presence in the financial services sector. Based in Israel, the firm has a 35-year track record of delivering to more than 400 organizations.
