December 2021 — Partner Communications Ltd. has completed a fundraising to refinance and develop the business.
Partner is a communications company that operates a cellular network in Israel under the Partner and the 012mobile brands, and provides local telephone services, Internet access services and international calls.

The acquisition was financed by an investment from DIGMATIX’s majority shareholder, Baltic private equity fund Livonia Partners, together with financing provided by SEB Bank.
