Partner Communications Ltd. has completed a fundraising to refinance and develop the business.
Partner is a communications company that operates a cellular network in Israel under the Partner and the 012mobile brands, and provides local telephone services, Internet access services and international calls.
Oaklins’ team in Israel advised the company and acted as a member of the distributors’ consortium.
