RGE Group has been acquired by Keshet Media Group

June 2023 — The private shareholders of RGE Group have sold a minority stake in the company to Keshet Media Group.

RGE Group operates several television channels in Israel. The company also has a new media division responsible for managing the websites of its television channels. RGE operates a large media center with state-of-the-art live production, broadcast, digital and OTT technologies.

Keshet Media Group, also known as the Keshet Company, is a private Israeli mass media company headquartered in Tel Aviv. Keshet was established in 1993 and is one of the largest media companies in the country.
