Lior is the chairman and CEO of Oaklins Rosario in Israel, with over 25 years of experience in Israeli capital markets. He has extensive expertise in investment banking, M&A, public and private offerings, equity and debt capital raising and financing transactions. Lior has advised leading Israeli companies and shareholders on a broad range of strategic and capital market transactions. His recent track record includes the IPO of Rapac Energy and raising NIS 420 million, as well as debt offerings, for Israel Shipyards Industries and Baran Group.

Previously, Lior served as vice president at Leader Capital Markets. He has an Executive MBA in Finance from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
