Paul is a managing director at Henslow, Oaklins’ member firm in Australia. He has 30 years’ experience in providing independent domestic and cross-border corporate advisory services, including advice on takeovers, M&A transactions, capital raisings and initial public offerings to Australian and international clients. Clients have spanned a wide range of industries and have included listed, large family, entrepreneurially-led and cooperative/mutual organizations.
Prior to founding advisory firm Baron Partners in 1987, which merged with Henslow in 2018, Paul was a director at Morgan Grenfell, an international merchant bank. Paul has a master’s in economics from Cambridge University and an advanced diploma in corporate finance. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and is a foundation fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
