Narmin Vakilova

Associate Director

Narmin is an associate director at Oaklins Italy, where she is responsible for the day-to-day execution of M&A transactions. She focuses primarily on the beauty, fashion, leisure and retail sectors. Her advisory clients have included Yum Brands, Anya Cosmetique, Giacomo Group, Frediani, Pinsalab, Crespi Milano and Sapici.

Before joining Oaklins Italy, Narmin worked at the advisory boutique GP House and at Omnicom Group, a global marketing and communications company. She has a BSc in Applied Mathematics from Baku State University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
