Technolignes builds an Eastern Canada leader with the acquisition of C3F Telecom

June 2026 — C3F Telecom Inc. has been acquired by Technolignes as part of its strategy to build a leading telecommunications infrastructure platform across Eastern Canada. The transaction brings together two highly complementary businesses, combining C3F’s engineering and network design expertise with Technolignes’ established field construction capabilities and regional presence. Together, the companies are well positioned to deliver end-to-end telecommunications infrastructure solutions to telecom operators, municipalities and public sector clients across a broader geographic footprint.

Founded in 2001, C3F Telecom is a specialized provider of telecommunications network engineering and construction services operating across Eastern and Northern Canada. It offers a fully integrated suite of services spanning network design, pole load calculations and permitting to fiber optic construction and FTTH deployment. Serving a diversified client base that includes major telecommunications operators, municipalities, school boards and government agencies, C3F supports critical connectivity projects in urban, regional and remote environments. With more than two decades of experience, ISO 9001 certification and a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians and field specialists, C3F has built a strong reputation for delivering complex projects to the highest standards.

Founded in 1996, Technolignes is a specialized telecommunications and electrical infrastructure contractor with a strong presence across Quebec and Eastern Canada. It provides aerial and underground network cabling, fiber optic splicing, FTTH installation, civil works, structured cabling and industrial electrical services. The acquisition of C3F expands Technolignes’ engineering capabilities and geographic reach, creating a more comprehensive platform capable of supporting customers across the full telecommunications infrastructure value chain.
