Bjärnums Stålprodukter has been acquired by SBF Invest
June 2026 — Bjärnums Stålprodukter AB has successfully completed its ownership transition to SBF Invest and key employees, marking a successful succession for the business.
Bjärnums Stålprodukter is a Swedish contract manufacturer with a history dating back to the 1960s. The company specializes in small- to medium-sized production series and short lead times, offering laser cutting of pipes and sheet metal, as well as bending, welding and surface treatment services. It also designs and manufactures highly customized material handling solutions, including trolleys and pallet containers, serving customers ranging from logistics providers and hospitals to global retailers.
SBF Invest is a newly established investment company owned by a group of individuals with extensive experience in the Swedish business community.
