Pakka has secured structured debt financing
May 2026 — Pakka Limited has raised structured debt to refinance existing debt, complete its proposed barrier-coated and greaseproof butter paper project and support capacity expansion.
Pakka Limited, formerly Yash Pakka Limited, is a leading Indian manufacturer of sustainable, virgin, food-grade paper and compostable tableware. Incorporated in 1981 and headquartered in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, the listed company has more than four decades of operating experience and a globally recognized environmental, social and governance (ESG) footprint.
Our role in the transaction
Oaklins’ team in India advised Pakka Limited on raising structured term debt at the operating company level and US$9 million in structured debt at the holding company level, with the latter to be redeployed as equity in the operating company.
