Digital Mind expands its reach with acquisition of EIP Dynamics

Digital Mind, a leader in business process digitalization for large and mid-sized organizations in the Baltic states, has acquired EIP Dynamics, a prominent Microsoft Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution provider based in Poland. EIP Dynamics is recognized for serving some of the largest companies both within Poland and internationally. This acquisition is a significant step for Digital Mind in expanding its market presence and capabilities.

Since 2005, Digital Mind has been providing tailored business application solutions for a wide range of sectors. With offices in Riga (Latvia), Vilnius (Lithuania), Warsaw (Poland) and Tallinn (Estonia), the company has a team of 180 professionals serving over 350 organizations. Forecast revenues for 2023 amount to US$15 million. This acquisition is set to transform Digital Mind into a scalable platform for executing further business acquisitions in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region.

EIP Dynamics, a business management firm founded by renowned Polish serial technology entrepreneur Mr. Pawel Prasula, previously owned by EIP Group, has now transitioned to new leadership as part of this strategic acquisition. The deal is financed through an equity investment from Livonia Partners, supporting Digital Mind’s vision to establish a leading regional presence in Microsoft Business Applications across the Baltic and Central European countries.
