Heidersberger Fassadenbau has been acquired by UPFRONT Group, a portfolio company of AUCTUS

February 2026 — Heidersberger Fassadenbau GmbH has been acquired by UPFRONT Group, a portfolio company of AUCTUS. Through this acquisition, AUCTUS strengthens the positioning of its platform UPFRONT Group in aluminum, glass and sheet metal building envelopes by adding a specialist with an integrated value chain.

Heidersberger Fassadenbau employs approximately 275 people and operates across six locations in Germany, Poland and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The company operates its own production facilities in Poland, enabling a competitive cost structure, a high level of vertical integration and flexibility in executing large-scale projects. In addition, through its in-house surface finishing capabilities in Wittstock, the group offers a fully integrated service portfolio from a single source.

With UPFRONT Group as its operating platform, AUCTUS pursues a long-term buy-and-build strategy in the fragmented building envelope market. Its objective is to establish an integrated, cross-material platform for building envelope solutions that combines technical specialization with a scalable organizational structure, as well as sustainability and sophisticated design.
