April 2010 — Japan-based NTT DATA Corporation has acquired Business Formula (M) Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysia-based ERP consulting firm specializing in SAP software, for an undisclosed consideration.
NTT DATA Corporation is a leading IT solutions and service provider in system consultation and design. The company's subsidiaries provide a full range of IT services within the Asia-Pacific region and globaly. NTT DATA services include system consulting and design, development with specialization in web-based applications using Java and Microsoft.NET, and a regional support center. The company wanted to acquire SAP consulting service providers to expand their foothold in the Southeast Asian region.
