Oji Holdings, Inc., a Japanese paper and packaging conglomerate, has acquired Box Asia Group, Ltd. for US$18 million.
Box Asia Group, Ltd. is a fully integrated printing and packaging company serving consumer products to companies worldwide.
Oaklins' team in Dallas advised the seller in this transaction, generating several viable offers from around the world and ultimately closing the sale to a Japanese paper and packaging conglomerate that already had operations in Thailand.
