Our role in the transaction
Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK, worked alongside Bart Macdonald, Jeffrey Hsiang and the team at Bloom Equity Partners on its successful take-private and subsequent re-financing of GRCI. This transaction highlights Oaklins Cavendish’s strength and expertise in advising Bloom Equity on its initial acquisition of GRCI, and subsequently working with them to put an appropriate debt funding package in place.
