April 2026 — eBridge has been acquired by Aju IB Investment from Keistone Partners, gaining a well-capitalized partner to accelerate its growth. The transaction valued eBridge at approximately US$171 million, with Aju IB Investment acquiring a 100% stake in the company, positioning eBridge to expand its global network and deepen its card-issuer partnerships under its new ownership.
Founded in 2003, eBridge is a Korea-based airport lounge platform operator, best known for its flagship service app, The Lounge. The platform connects over 1,300 airport lounges worldwide with major credit card issuers, enabling seamless lounge access for cardholders through a single integrated digital interface. With over 2 million registered members, The Lounge holds a strong network position within the global airport lounge ecosystem. Positioned at the intersection of travel, fintech and membership-based services, eBridge is well placed to benefit from the structural recovery and long-term growth of global air travel demand.
Aju IB Investment, established in 1974 as Korea’s first venture capital firm, is a Seoul-based investment manager operating both private equity and venture capital fund platforms, with investments spanning technology, healthcare, industrials and consumer sectors. While historically focused on multi-stage venture capital, the firm launched its dedicated private equity management business in 2006. The eBridge acquisition was private equity-led and represented Aju IB Investment’s first management buy-out transaction. Leveraging deep industry expertise and a disciplined investment approach, the firm partners closely with management teams to enhance corporate value and drive sustainable growth.
