DIGMATIX has entered Romania through the acquisition of Elian Solutions
July 2026 — DIGMATIX, one of the largest providers of Microsoft Business Applications solutions in the region, has acquired Elian Solutions, a Romanian Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner, together with its subsidiary Elian Development Systems. Through the acquisition, DIGMATIX expands its operations into Romania and strengthens its position as a regional leader in the implementation and development of Microsoft Business Applications solutions. The acquisition was financed by an investment from DIGMATIX’s majority shareholder, Baltic private equity fund Livonia Partners, together with financing provided by SEB Bank.
DIGMATIX is a Latvia-based provider of Microsoft Business Applications and advanced IT solutions serving customers across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Over the past several years, the company has pursued a focused regional growth strategy through acquisitions across the Baltics and CEE, and now operates in eight countries, employing more than 500 professionals.
Founded in 2008, Elian Solutions is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner specializing in ERP solutions for medium and large enterprises. The company employs more than 80 professionals and has delivered over 250 projects for customers across Europe and the USA. Elian Solutions was sold by Bittnet Systems, a Romanian technology group listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
Our role in the transaction
Oaklins acted as the buy-side advisor to DIGMATIX. The transaction was led by Oaklins’ team in Latvia in close coordination with Oaklins’ team in Romania, combining buy-side execution expertise with local market knowledge, including target identification, outreach, relationship management and execution support throughout the acquisition process.
