June 2026 — The management team of INVE België has acquired the company from its current shareholders TDB Invest, a private investment holding company focused on the agricultural sector, ensuring the continuity of its activities and supporting its future growth ambitions.
INVE België is a Belgian specialist in livestock nutrition, developing and supplying high-performance feed solutions, particularly for the swine and poultry sectors. The company offers a comprehensive portfolio of value-added nutritional products, including piglet pre-starters, concentrates, premixes, feed additives and functional nutritional ingredients, tailored to support animal health, feed efficiency, productivity and overall farm performance. Serving customers across the European animal feed value chain, INVE België combines scientifically developed nutritional concepts with practical on-farm expertise. The company’s solutions are designed to address specific customer needs throughout the animal production cycle, helping optimize technical performance, animal welfare and economic returns. Beyond its product offering, INVE België provides a wide range of technical support services, including nutritional consultancy, veterinary guidance, feed formulation advice and raw material and feed analysis. Through its in-house expertise and collaboration with research institutions and industry partners, the company continuously develops and validates innovative nutritional solutions that deliver measurable results for its customers.
