Novedo continues expansion with Danish metal components specialist
Introduction
Novedo has entered into an agreement to acquire Stantraek – an industrial company specialised in customised components and sheet metal parts for industrial applications. The acquisition of Stantraek marks Novedo’s second acquisition in Denmark, and is an important, strategic addition to the Novedo group.
Oaklins' team in Denmark was engaged by Novedo as strategic and financial advisor in this transaction. The acquisition also marks Oaklins’ second transaction as advisor to Novedo.
