Learn Amp has been acquired by Cezanne

June 2026 — Learn Amp had been acquired by Cezanne HR Ltd., backed by NorthEdge. The transaction marks NorthEdge’s second bolt-on acquisition for the Cezanne platform. It directly supports Cezanne’s broader strategic focus, evolving from a back-office HR and payroll administration software provider into a full employee lifecycle platform that enables employees to manage their own onboarding, learning, performance and engagement through a single user-first interface.

Founded in 2017, Learn Amp is a UK-based employee learning, development and engagement platform combining a learning management system (LMS), learning experience platform (LXP), talent development and performance management in a single interface. Headquartered in London, the company serves customers around the world, including Specsavers ANZ, Metro Bank, GAIL’s Bakery and Funding Circle. Learn Amp has built a reputation for combining enterprise-grade functionality with the ease of use required by scaling mid-market organizations.

Cezanne provides a comprehensive software offering for midsize businesses across the UK and internationally, covering the entire employee lifecycle. Its solutions help streamline and simplify HR processes, provide better HR insights, improve employee engagement and reduce data administration. The pure-play SaaS business serves users in over 120 countries worldwide and has experienced significant growth over the last six years.

Moneybox’s employee share sale has set another milestone for London’s Private Securities Market

The London Stock Exchange’s Private Securities Market (PSM) continues to demonstrate its potential as a venue for providing shareholder liquidity in high-growth private companies. Following the successful employee share sale for autonomous driving pioneer Wayve earlier this month, fintech leader Moneybox has completed a US$61 million (£45 million) employee liquidity event through the PSM. By structuring the transaction as an employee liquidity event, long-serving employees with vested equity have been able to realize some of the value they helped create while enabling Moneybox to remain private and continue its growth journey. Crowdcube managed the employee seller and investor participation process.
