Sten Jensen Gruppen has been acquired by Circura Danmark
July 2026 — Sten Jensen Gruppen AS, a leading provider of renovation and building services for professional customers, has joined Circura Danmark AS, part of the Circura Group and backed by Adelis Equity. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
Founded in 1978, Sten Jensen Gruppen is a Danish renovation and building services group specializing in refurbishment and renovation projects for professional customers. The group serves property administrators, housing associations, retail chains, public institutions and real estate investors and employs approximately 130 people across Denmark.
Circura Danmark is part of the Adelis-backed Circura Group, a leading building renewal services group with approximately 2,500 employees across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.
