Infrastructure India plc, the infrastructure fund investing directly into assets in India, has completed a fundraising of approximately US$102 million.

Infrastructure India plc is an AIM quoted closed end investment company investing in core economic infrastructure. It is the only London listed investment company with exposure to transport and energy assets in India.

Oaklins Smith & Williamson, based in the UK, acted as the Nominated Advisor and Joint Broker for this placing on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
