Origo Partners plc has successfully completed a restructuring of the company's share capital.

Origo Partners is an investment company holding a portfolio of unquoted interests and illiquid, publicly traded, equity interests, in companies based or principally active in China and Mongolia. Origo's portfolio value, as at 30 June 2016, was in excess of US$100 million. The company is listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.

Oaklins Smith & Williamson, based in the UK, acted as the nominated advisor and broker in relation to the restructuring of Origo Partners plc's share capital (ordinary shares and convertible zero dividend preference shares).
