PME African Infrastructure Opportunities plc (LSE:PMEA) has completed a tender offer to purchase 16,389,294 ordinary shares (representing 40% of the ordinary shares outstanding at the record time) at US$0.21 per share.

PME African Infrastructure Opportunities, based in the UK, is an investor in infrastructure projects across sub-Saharan Africa, listed on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange.

Oaklins Smith & Williamson, based in the UK, acted as Nominated Advisor (Nomad) to PME African Infrastructure Opportunities plc in this transaction and on an ongoing basis.
