DeltaNet has been acquired by Marlowe
December 2020 — DeltaNet International Limited (DeltaNet) has been acquired by Marlowe plc. This acquisition will bolster Marlowe’s market-leading position in the UK’s health and safety market.
DeltaNet, established in 1998, is headquartered in Loughborough and provides accredited health and safety, compliance and HR e-learning courses to companies across the UK and internationally. DeltaNet employs 36 staff, around half of whom are involved in content development and software and app design.
Marlowe is a business-critical services and software company which assures safety and regulatory compliance.
