Clinic DPC has been acquired by Meliva
July 2026 — Meliva has acquired 100% of Lithuanian dental care provider Clinic DPC from United Clinics. The transaction further strengthens Meliva’s dental care offering and represents another step in its strategy to expand its presence in the Lithuanian private healthcare market.
Clinic DPC is a recognized leader in premium dental care in Lithuania and the country’s largest dental clinic network. The company provides comprehensive dental services, with a particular focus on implantology and prosthodontics. Clinic DPC operates 13 state-of-the-art clinics across Lithuania with 44 dental chairs, employing approximately 170 dental professionals and staff. Its integrated network enables the company to deliver high-quality, comprehensive dental care at scale while maintaining a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient experience.
Meliva, part of Mehiläinen Group, is a network of medical clinics and hospitals with over 3,500 employees and 100 facilities. The group provides over 2.7 million doctor visits annually and is a primary healthcare provider for more than 310,000 registered patients.
United Clinics, backed by Innova Capital, is a leading dental consolidator in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
