Three companies have merged to form Berry Gardens

The boards of KG Growers Limited, Driscoll Strawberry Associates, Inc. and Alconera SAT have announced their intention to merge their European sales, marketing and breeding activities into a new business. The merger has been completed, following the acquisition of KG Fruits Limited, Alconeras UK Limited, Berry Alliance B.V. and Driscoll European Genetics BV by Berry Gardens B.V., a new company formed for the purpose.

The new group will trade under the Berry Gardens name and will market and breed berry varieties for the benefit of the European market.

Oaklins Smith & Williamson, based in the UK, advised on the merger of KG Growers Limited, Driscoll Strawberry Associates, Inc. and Alconera SAT.
